A pastor in Ondo State has been accused by a married woman of impregnating her while she was undergoing a spiritual healing in his church.
The Pastor in charge of the Christ Apostolic Church [CAC], Oke-Itura, Iju in Ondo State, Mathew Olakunle, is in serious trouble after a married woman accused him of impregnating her while she was undergoing spiritual healing in his church.
The victim, Mrs. Omotola Akerele, who made the allegations during an interview session on a private radio station in the state, Adaba FM, alleged that Pastor Olakunle made her strip naked while he laid on her to pray for her and in the process, had sex with her which resulted in the pregnancy.
The 32-year-old Akerele also accused Olakunle of being in the habit praying for women in the church without their clothes on, adding that he has also prayed in the same manner for her mother and sister and also had sex with her sister.
Akerele who said it was her mother who introduced her to the Pastor, said she had been suffering from whooping cough and needed a spiritual cure and her mother, a member of the CAC, took her to Pastor Olakunle who promised to heal her.

Akererele alleged that in the process of the spiritual healing, Pastor Olakunle got her pregnant and she had to abort the pregnancy without telling her husband who later got to know about it and chased her out of his house.
Narrating her experience in the hand of the Pastor, Akerele said:
“I had a severe cough and my mother took me to Pastor Olakunle Mathew for prayer. After praying for me, he said I needed a shaving stick and a handkerchief to perform the spiritual exercise, which I took to him.
The pastor told me that he wanted to use my hair to perform some spiritual work that would solve my problem.
On the night of that first day we got there, he asked me to put off my clothes in the presence of my mother for him to pray for me in the mission house.
Since that day, he has been asking me to come for deliverance and when I get there, he would ask me to remove my clothes and lie on a bed. While also naked, he would lie on me and start praying for me.
On the seventh day, he shaved the hair of my private part and armpit and put it in the white handkerchief. After that, we had sexual intercourse and after the intercourse, he asked me to go and bury the hair with the handkerchief.”
Akerele added that one month after the intercourse, she became pregnant and terminated it but her husband later got to know about the matter and sent her out of the matrimonial home.
When a call was put across to Pastor Olakunle, he admitted to praying for women in the church naked, saying it was the instruction he got from God, adding that God answered prayer faster while praying in nude.
"On the third day of the spiritual programme, I shaved the hair on her private parts and I touched it [her private parts] with my penis. I told her to be using my organ to rub her private parts so that she could discharge.

After that, I wiped the discharge of her private parts with the white handkerchief and I prayed for her, using Psalm 24.
After the exercise, I asked her to go and bury the handkerchief in a bush. I asked her to call her husband to do it for her, but she refused.
That was why I did it for her; I didn’t have sex with her,” Pastor Olakunle said.
While denying that he impregnated Akerele, however, confessed that he had sex with her younger sister twice and had also prayed for their mother in the nude as well.
