Ace comedian Bovi in a recent interview with Pulse TV talked about what he refers to as “Genuine Friendships”. In the exclusive interview, Bovi opens up about the friendships he has forged within the entertainment industry and reminisces about his childhood friends. He talks fondly in particular about a long lost pal, Ricky. Bovi describes Ricky as a true friend whom exemplifies what a ‘Genuine Friendship’ stands for.
“I had this friend called RICKY, he made me realize that friendship is beyond rules. He’s that kind of friend who will look you in the face and tell you the truth when everybody is lying to you. Defend you when you’re wrong, but correct you when you’re inside. I haven’t seen Ricky in years, when I say years I’m talking more than 10 to 15 years, you know! I only saw a glimpse of him at my mum’s funeral…”
