Tiamuyu is facing a six count-charge of fraud, malicious damage, conspiracy, stealing and impersonation.
A 70-year-old woman, Awawu Tiamuyu, was on Wednesday arraigned in an Osogbo Chief Magistrate s’ Court over alleged N2.1million fraud.

The Prosecutor, Idoko James, told the court that the accused committed the offence in January at Iragbiji area of Osun.
James said that Tiamiyu conspired with two other persons still at large to fraudulently collect N2.1 million from one Mr Saka Oyedeji.
He said the accused promised to sell seven hectares of land to him, knowing this to be false.
“She forged her name by bearing another name contrary to her real name,” he said.
The prosecutor added that the accused maliciously damaged the corner piece of land belonging to the complainant.
He said the offences contravened sections 516, 419, 467, 484, 451 and 383(1) and punishable under section 390(9) of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol.11, Laws of Osun,2003.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against her.
The defence counsel, Mr Najite Okobie, prayed the magistrate to grant the accused bail in the most liberal terms.
The Magistrate, Mrs Fatimoh Sodamade, granted the accused bail in the sum of N1 million and two sureties in like sum.
Sodamade said the sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and present evidence of tax payment as well as two passport photographs attached with an affidavit of means.
The case was adjourned till June 6 for mention.
