Following his ex-wife, Rahama Indimi's outburt on Instagram, Mohammed Babangida has said it's saddening that the mother of his kids defied court orders.
According to multiple reports, Rahama had defied a subsisting Abuja court order giving the custody of the kids to husband, Mohammed.
While Rahama had maintained that Mohammed sent thugs to snatch her kids from school, Mohammed reportedly narrated how the kids were in his custody in Minna for three years while she relocated to Abuja.
He also disclosed how Rahama was missing in action when her first child graduated from primary school in Minna.
The reports further revealed that the kids had spent the holiday with Rahama after the close of the last term because Mohammed believed that she should have access to them, but she has since kept the kids defying the Abuja court orders.
It was further reported that in a bid to ensure that the kids did not return to their Mohammed, Rahama had appealed the decision of the Abuja Sharia court that the status quo an initio be maintained but her appeal was thrown out by the Sharia Appeal court.

In July 2016, an audio tape was leaked of Mohammed Babangida saying some nasty things about his new wife. There were unconfirmed reports that it was Rahma who has four kids for Mohammed that leaked it. She later denied this accusation.
In September 2016 Mohammed Babangida took Rahma to a Sharia Court in Minna for custody of his children.
