Soldiers at a checkpoint in Rivers State has reportedly arrested a hoodlum after finding in his possession a blood female pant as well as some bloodied clothes.
News reports have revealed the arrest of a hoodlum with a blood stained female pant in his possession at a checkpoint in Rivers State.

The soldiers at the checkpoint reportedly arrested the hoodlum along Emohua road at Degema axis in Rivers state yesterday, August 31, 2016.
The Okada rider who was carrying the hoodlum is reported to have stopped at the checkpoint informing the soldiers of the strange phone calls his passenger had been making.
The soldiers immediately conducted a search of the suspect only to discover the bloody pant as well as some bloody clothes in the bag he carried.

The suspect who had been unable to explain the items with him was subsequently handcuffed and taken away.
