Pastor Timothy Ngwu of the Gods’ Favor Ministry, Nsukka, reportedly married a woman and her daughter while already married to his wife.
The Enugu North Magistrates’ Court has arraigned a pastor identified as Timothy Ngwu, who was accused of having multiple marriages.
According to reports, Ngwu, who was arraigned on Monday, August 29, 2016, allegedly married a mother and her child, despite already being in one marriage.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the women concerned are members of his church, Gods’ Favor Ministry, Nsukka.
Calista Omeye, who is one of the victims of the unlawful marriage narrated her experience while speaking at the court.

According to her, she received the consent of her husband before giving out her daughter to the pastor.
“It is not true that I gave out our daughter in marriage to the pastor without the consent from my husband, he was aware of everything”, she said.
