It was a gathering of the who is who is the social media sphere at the SocialMediaJos event sponsored by Pulse.ng.

The annual event which was to strategize and reposition the social media industry in Plateau State, was organized by JFaden Nigeria Limited run by international media personality, Janet Faden, brought together speakers from far and wide with Isaac Dachen, an Editor with Pulse.ng, who presented a lecture on the Role of Social Media in the Entertainment Industry in Jos.
Another resource person was Gwantim Timothy Poyi, a lecturer at the University of Derby, UK who spoke on the topic, The Rise of Drones: Smart flying machines, changing our world; while Prince Victor Dickson, spoke on Strategic Communication through Social Media.

In attendance were the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Plateau State Government, Samuel Emmanuel Nanle, and the Commissioner for Information in the State, Nafiz Ahmed, as well as other dignitaries, also graced the occasion.
