The police officers, who were seen hitting the first man with a stick, later descended on another, for trying to intervene in the violent assault.
Four unknown policemen have been captured in a video violently assaulting a man in River State. Another man, who was trying to intervene in the situation, was also beaten.
The video was posted on Instagram by Instablog9ja on Sunday, June 26, 2016.
According to Instablog9ja,the violence happened at Graceland, Oyigbo, in Rivers State.

Members of the community were heard shouting and screaming, hoping that would put an end to the assault.
That was all they could offer in defence of the man, after witnessing another get beaten when trying to prevent further assault.
