The second edition of City People Entertainment's YOUTH RAVE is just around the corner. The show which will be showcasing young upcoming talents in entertainment and fashion is coming up on Sunday, 23rd of December 2012 at the exclusive Balmoral Hall, Oregun, Ikeja. Red carpet starts at 2pm and the main event at 4pm!
