The sad incidence which saw the whole family of Lucky Ebhodaghe, his wife Margaret and their son, Jonathan who was writing his West African Secondary School Certificate Examination, were slaughtered in their home on Monday, April 17, 2017, by the assailants suspected to be members of the Badoo Cult group that has been terrorising the Ikorodu area for many years.
The area was thrown into confusion and at their burial on Wednesday, April 19, many residents had rained curses on the killers and urged the police to make sure they are apprehended.
A resident who confirmed the arrest of the suspect said he was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday and had allegedly confessed to being part of the gang that murdered the family.

He was beaten to a pulp by an angry mob as he also mentioned the names of their sponsors. We are hoping that he would not be set free.”
