The tenant, named Nana Konadu failed to flush the toilet in the house after use.
According to report by Accra-based Rainbow radio, the landlord out of anger in the course of the argument then hit Nana Konadu's head with a metallic object.
Nana Konadu complained of pains and was admitted to the hospital, but died three days after the attack.
