A man has been arrested after a mutilated human hand was found in his possession in Osun State, joining a long list of ritual related incidents in the country.
An unidentified man has been arrested in Osun State over his possession of a mutilated human hand.
The suspect is yet to reveal the circumstances surrounding the human part found with him nor the person whom the limb belonged to.
