Well in Austria, an 18-year-old girl has sued her parents for such an act. She described her childhood pictures posted by her parents as embarrassing.
She said several attempts to get her parents to take the pictures down have been unsuccessful.
The 18-year old told ‘The Local Austria’ news outlet that “they knew no shame and no limit - and didn't care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot - every stage was photographed and then made public."

"I'm tired of not being taken seriously by my parents," she added.
But the girl’s father argues that he has the right to share the images because he took them himself.

Her father told Austria’s ‘Die Ganze Woche’ that "In the end, this is our child, and for my wife and me, it's a nice family album that's been well received by our Facebook friends."
Lawyer for the girl Michael Rami says there is a high possibility her client will win only if they can prove that her rights have been violated.
The court may ask the parents to compensate her financially and pay for her legal cost if she wins the case he said.
