The driver of the truck, though badly injured, has been taken to the hospital before the arrival of NEMA officials.
Tragedy was averted on Thursday, August 11, 2016, along the Zamfara-Sokoto Highway, when a truck loaded with cement somersaulted and turned upside down.
According to the Daily Post, the accident happened close to Talatan Mafara, located in Zamfara State.

Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), who quickly rushed to render assistance to those affected didn't have much to do as no one was trapped in the vehicle.
The driver of the truck, though badly injured, has been taken to the hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.
He quickly got rescued and was taken for medical care before the NEMA officials arrived the scene.
