The pair, who were reportedly granted bail in an earlier ruling on the matter, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
An Enugu North Magistrates’ Court, on Monday, August 15, 2016, has arraigned two men, Nnaemeka Dennis and Ora Ifeanyi, on the charge of forgery.
According to reports, the pair developed fake certificates associated with high profile government establishments such as exemption letters for the National Youth Service Corps and the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in Enugu.
Prof. B. C Nwobodo, the prosecutor in the case told the court that the accused persons had forged the certificates in the year 2014 and 2015 respectively, in a bid to secure a job.

One of the criminals reportedly used the certificate to get a job at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology Teaching Hospital, Park-Lane, Enugu.
Nwobodo maintained that the accused are guilty of committing crimes contrary to the dictates of the Criminal Code Law of Enugu State, 2004.
The pair, who were reportedly granted bail in an earlier ruling on the matter, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
A further hearing concerning the incident will be held on Tuesday August 30, 2016.
