Tragic: Pandemonium as dead body is washed by ocean in Lekki

Residents of a local community in Lekki have been thrown into panic as the dead body of a man was washed by the Atlantic Ocean.

There is palpable tension in the Lekki area of Lagos State as the dead body of a man was discovered at the bank of the Atlantic Ocean this afternoon.

According to witnesses, the fully dressed corpse was discovered by local residents around the Post office area of Lekki, with many speculating the man may have been killed and dumped in the ocean while others believed he could have drowned in one of the beaches that dot the area, and yet, a few believe he could have committed suicide by jumping into the lagoo..

A few weeks ago, two post graduate students of the University of Lagos, identified as Adesola Ogunmefun and Funmi Odusina, both graduates from Covenant University, Otta, drowned at the popular Elegushi Beach during a beach party marking their friend’s birthday.

They were about to finish their Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy, when the incident occurred.
