A married mother has been given a dose of her medicine after she brutalized her young maid and almost blinded her.
The residents of a community in Bayelsa State were shocked when a heartless woman nearly blinded her 10-year-old housemaid in one of the most brutal beating ever meted to a child.

According to an eyewitness who posted the photo of the dastardly act on social media, the woman who is a mother of three children, allegedly beat the little girl to stupor over a minor offence that could have passed with a minor reprimand, an action that got the people so mad that they descended on her and gave her a dose of her medicine.
It was gathered that but for the intervention of neighbours who rescued the child, no one knows what the woman would have done to her.
The angry residents, after seeing what the woman did to the little house-girl, descended on her and later invited the police who arrested her, amidst pleading from her that she had no intention of injuring the girl and did not know what got into her.
