#Poem: Moving On

I'm moving on to the next year..!
I'm leaving behind somethings;
leaving behind some so called "friends"
leaving behind some foes...

I'm moving on to the next year..!
I'm leaving behind an awful past,
be it people, experiences or events
leaving behind bad memories...

I'm moving on to the next year..!
I'm moving on with sweet memories;
be it people, experiences and events.
moving ahead with moments of joy...

I'm moving on to the next year..!
with those few who have been true;
those few who have been a part of my past,
What will friendship be without you?

I'm moving on to the next year..!
With those few i only just met;
those who have added spice to my life,
no wonder it's said "friendship is the wine of life"

I'm moving on to the next year..!
writing this with a strong believe,
that we'll meet over at the other side.
