We always want our nails to look clean, smart and presentable. This is why we go the extra mile to get them manicured and pedicured so we can show the cute little things off. Our nails must be treated delicately, with care and attention because well groomed nails shows the volume of good health. Manicure and pedicure sessions are important, it won't hurt to seek the help of the professionals or you do it yourself by applying hand cream, cleaning it regularly and applying nail polish to give healthy nails.


Due to some nail disorders, not everyone is fortunate to possess healthy and attractive nails. For your information, research confirms that nail disorders can be detected through the colour, shape and texture. If a nail plate starts to peel off it may result to nail plate loss. Lack of iron may cause disorders such as raised ridges; causes thin and curved nails. Lack of vitamins; causes dryness and pits in nails. In order to avoid nail loss, keep them in shape by eating fruit everyday.


Furthermore, most nail disorders can be traced to nail biting and it is socially unacceptable. We all want attractive and healthy nails, if you are found guilty of this act you need to stop and it also transfers bacteria back and forth. To stop: keep your nails short, apply creams, oils and nail polish which are like deterrents. One of the first things people look out for in your appearance are your nails, so keep them healthy and attractive.
