CCTV have captured the moment a woman ran her cyclist boyfriend over with her car after he reportedly admitted to being HIV positive and laughed about it.

The video footage shows the man riding his bike before a red Ford Mustang runs into him at high speed in Phoenix, Arizona.
Local station, KPNX, reports that a source has revealed that the driver of car has been identified as Misty Lee Wilke and she had just discovered that the man was HIV positive.
Wilke reportedly called the police 30 minutes after the incident reporting the case to them and informing them that her boyfriend had just her he was HIV positive and laughed while he was at it.
She went on to claim that he had pulled a knife on her and used it to cut her arm, after which she had jumped into the car and driven without looking first.
The unidentified man reportedly sustained a severe head injury as well as a broken back but had survived the ordeal.
Wilke was later indicted by a Maricopa County grand jury on charges which include attempting to commit second-degree murder, fleeing the scene and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

So far, Wilke has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
