Read what Roland wrote in a series of tweets.
"These Robbers did not only operate in our home but in our neighbourhood also. So when these robbers came today, it was only a matter of time.
They were trying to steal from the window, after that they wanted to carry our generator; in fact, they had cut the chain of the gen.
Myself and my friends were chasing one while it was raining with cutlass, but we missed him, infact I was put on only boxers.
People that knew me were like comrade this one wey u dey run with cutlass with only boxers what is happening, I said na robbers oo.
After much searching we couldn't get him, on our way coming back some boys told us, that they've caught one robber that was how we came home.
Dude was only lucky because my dad was there so was I, we just tie am, beat am small, whereas some people wanted us to lynch him.
We had to call the police to come and take him, to our dismay, the police said we messed up, why we no beat am well even injure am well.
The matter is now left with the police; let them do as they please, we are law abiding citizens even though laws don't work in Nigeria.
Don't pray for such to happen again but if it does we wouldn't inform the police we will do things our way, and life will go on."
