Well, Arsenal fans would love this. Edson Arantes do Nascimento, popularly known as Pele a man widely regarded as the greatest footballer ever has told the world that he prefers Arsenal to Chelsea.
Pele was speaking to reporters at a recent event when he voiced out is affection for the Gunners and even went ahead to state that he would pick them over Chelsea. “Arsenal is a good team to play for. I like the teams that play open football,” he said. “Between Chelsea and Arsenal? I would play for Arsenal if I had the chance.” Pele went on to condemn Diego Costa and his actions ‘It is not a good message for children,’ he said. ‘He [Costa]didn’t get a red card, but he was charged. It was dirty.”
