Billionaire Lawyer, Prince Ned Nwoko Launches Africa's Biggest Foundation
When you talk of transparency and altruisms in the world, Prince Ned
Munir Nwoko holds a stake in recognizing the act of benevolence. The calm and soft-spoken Prince of Idumuje Ugboko’s Land has been a helping hand to many weak shoulders; he has nestled his supportive hands through the Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation.
The emergence of the Foundation has transcend the usual, as the multiple awards winning Lawyer/Legal Practitioner and; House of Assembly member have
used his wealth to affect in a host of sectors such as Education,
Health, Enterprise Support Initiative, Support for Women, Agricultural Development, Youth Development.
Hon. Ned Nwoko who served the federal Government as a House of
Representative Member for four years (1999-2003) donated his hard-earned
salary and furniture allowance to students in his constituency,
throughout the graceful four years of his tenure.
The charismatic handsome man has exude his compassionate attribute
through some of his scholarship schemes that has benefited 417 students,
ranging from 196 secondary students to over 220 undergraduates who
school home and abroad. His magnanimous Scholarship scheme have produced
5 post graduates and have enjoyed an annual tuition fee of over N500,
000. The Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation Scholarship Scheme (PNNFSS) has
also basked a graduate from the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology
Zaria (NCAT).
Being the Founder and brain behind the Foundation, Prince Ned Nwoko has
promised to continue to pour his creative and financial benevolence to
the less privileged from all works of life. Prince Ned Munir Nwoko who
is the owner of the prestigious Mount of Delta (www.mountofdelta.com), a
place known as the ‘Kingdom of Tourism’, in his words said: “The World
would be a better place when we can all show love towards the needy;
when we can voluntarily give our support in whichever way we can to
those in need. We can achieve greatness and outright humanity when we
show respect to all of God’s creations”.
Because of his enthralling achievements in community services and
industriousness, Prince Ned Munir Nwoko has been listed amongst the
nominees for the Global Elite University Awards, which includes other
nominees such as Aliko Dangote, Tony Elumelu, Otunba Mike Adenuga, Femi
Otedola, Jimoh Ibrahim , Cosmos Maduka, just to mention a few.
