ForumCitizens brings to you a contest. Yes! A contest. A contest with a prize actually and we hope its gonna be worth your while and fun. How do we go about it?
If you're a writer, an aspiring writer or you've got scenarios in your head which you'd like to put into writing or paint superbly entertaining and fascinating pictures in our head and still get rewarded for doing so, you actually could by showing interest on this thread and you'll be entered automatically into the contest.
HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED:
The winner will be selected by the readers. We have the poll feature on ForumCitizens and a poll will be created bearing the names of every contestants. Registered members who are readers simply select and vote for their favorite writer.
WHAT DO I WRITE?
You just have to write a short story in any genre. Comedy, thriller, tragedy, tragicomedy, action, what have you. Your story shouldn't be too long nor too short. We won't tell you the number of words to write. We think you know what short story writing means
REWARD
We know we won't have any story in this contest without the internet hence the reason why we've decided to reward whoever wins the contest with DATA SUBSCRIPTION WORTH OF TWO MONTHS or a cash reward of FIVE THOUSAND NAIRA; whichever option the contest winner prefer.
DURATION OF CONTEST:
Showing Of Interests Start now on this thread up till Sunday, 16th of February.
Posting of stories start on Monday 17th of February up till Sunday 23rd of February.
Voting Polls will be put up on Monday 24th of February and the winner will be announced on Monday 17th of March.
We do hope for this to be worth the time the participants will put into participating and we all have fun in the process.
