For those of you who have not heard of Miss Exclusive Nigeria, it’s an affiliation of the Miss Exclusive International pageant (with its franchise globally), owned by multi award winning entrepreneur Melody Okwuazu aka M Fidel.
The Miss Exclusive Nigeria pageant is designed to encourage young women in pursuit of excellence in education, scientific research, business and entrepreneurship, practical skills acquisition and personal development generally. The CEO/Creative Director of the brand Mr. Melody Okwuazu, says: “The principal aim of the show and its outcome is to sell an idea of beauty that’s more positive to young people than what we presently witness with other pageants. We are telling young people that beauty is not only about how beautiful you look or how fashionable you are. We are saying it also comprises what you have in your head and how you are cultivating this for the future. Our winner would be someone who combines beauty and brains perfectly and who through post-contest activities would show herself to be a great brand ambassador for our values.
The Grand Finale, which will witness the crowning of the Winner and Runners-up, will take place October 2013 in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.
