Months after his controversial split with his producer and business partner, Don Jazzy, 32-year-old Dapo Oyebanjo, otherwise known as D’banj, is set to release his first post Mo’Hits album.
According to a series of messages posted through his Twitter account, the album, titled ‘D King’s Men’ (DKM), will be released on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, under his newly formed label, DB records.‘OoooSssHhhEeee. Feels Good to be back home. Missed you guys. Indeed its time for the Bonanza. DB records presents its first official album. The DVD/CD Compilation titled DKM “D kings Men” 12/12/12. And the compilation will have the anticipated single Scapegoat featuring Kanye West. OoooSsssHhhEeee’ @iamdbanj tweeted.
D’banj’s Oliver Twist video won the Most gifted male video at the Channel O music video awards held in South Africa last Saturday.
